Program/Project Manager ERP at Nextphase Systems

We’re looking for someone to lead a transformative ERP journey to replace our legacy QAD system with a modern, scalable solution. We are seeking a seasoned ERP Program Manager with a strong finance and supply chain background and extensive experience in medical device and regulated environments to oversee this multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiative. This role will serve as the lead for the ERP program (Oracle) and will also take on responsibilities across portfolio management, program execution, and change leadership. The ideal candidate will operate at both strategic and tactical levels, driving alignment, execution, and adoption across the organization. Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field * 10–15+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP implementations * Proven track record managing large-scale Oracle ERP programs * Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to translate technical concepts into business language * Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive adoption * Experience in medical device and regulated environments Preferred qualifications: * PMP or Agile certification * Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in regulated environments * Experience with continuous adoption of new business processes and technology to support business scale, change, and growth
