What you'll doBe accountable for the successful execution of client implementation programs using our Build-Operate-Transfer methodology, which covers technology, operations and culture transformationFind solutions that bring our clients into the new software and operating model that both accelerates delivery and reduces riskDevelop deep relationships with our C-suite client executivesCommunicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externallyContinuously demonstrate Kraken’s business value to the client and build a governance model which can last once the implementation program is completedSet the direction and pace for program execution. Managing internal and external expectations, removing blockers and making prioritization decisions to enable successful client transformationsUnderstand the program details and report progress to the client and internal stakeholdersEmbody the Kraken ways of working. Provide support and feedback to members of the Kraken team and reinforce an environment of psychological safetyWhat you'll needExperience in Australian utilities sector is highly desirableProven track record of leading significant business transformation projects, ideally within utilities or similar complex industriesDemonstrated ability to present and negotiating with C-suite executives, and to initiate strategic discussionsPragmatic and effective problem solver, capable of focussing efforts on critical prioritiesStrong client-centric approach with a focus on understanding and enabling client success while demonstrating the ability to manage expectationsCollaborative team player with experience working effectively across local and global teamsExcellent communication and facilitation skills.
