About the job: Location: Sacramento, CA | San Francisco, CA Full-Time | Field-Based Compensation: $50,000 – $96,000 (Base + Commission + Bonuses) SmarterHome, a Master Distributor of top-tier cable, internet, wireless and home security services, is actively hiring a Territory Retail Sales Representative to expand and manage our Comcast retail network across Northern California. This role is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with strong experience in telecom, retail partnerships, and field sales, especially within Comcast services. What You’ll Do: • Recruit, sign, and onboard new Comcast Authorized and Premier Retail partners • Train retail partners in person and virtually on products, sales strategies, and tools • Drive productivity and growth across assigned retail accounts • Manage Premier store setups, including kiosks, merchandising, and marketing materials • Conduct regular site visits to strengthen relationships and improve performance • Monitor sales results and provide actionable coaching to retailers • Develop and execute territory sales plans to hit monthly KPIs • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and internal teams • Deliver weekly and monthly performance and operational reports What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or business development • Comcast services experience is required • Strong account management and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory • Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (50%+) • Spanish bilingual is a plus • Must pass a background check What We Offer: • Competitive base salary with performance-based increases • Monthly bonus opportunities • Flexible work schedule • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Paid Time Off and company holidays • Career growth and professional development opportunities • Supportive, high-performance work environment About SmarterHome: SmarterHome is a Master Distributor for leading telecom and home service providers.
