PWDs and PEOPLE FROM MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!Core ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end multimedia production across video, graphics design, interactive, and static - from concept to final delivery.Translate creative briefs into strong visual stories (storyboards, scripts, style frames) aligned to brand and campaign goals.Edit videos including cutting, pacing, sound design, colour correction as required.Create graphics and visual assets for marketing, product, social, web, presentations, events, and internal communications.Ensure brand consistency by applying and evolving visual systems, templates, and design guidelines.Own quality control: maintain high standards for typography, composition, animation principles, timing, accessibility, and export specs.Creative leadershipAssist in providing creative direction for multimedia projects, recommending formats and approaches that improve engagement and performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and stakeholders to align on objectives, messaging, and deliverables.Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, craft coaching, and workflow best practices.Present concepts and rationale clearly, incorporating feedback while advocating for strong creative outcomes.Project & ProcessManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing timelines, scope, and resources while meeting deadlines.Build efficient workflows (templates, reusable assets, libraries) to scale production and reduce turnaround time.Coordinate with the stakeholders and project teams for the design requirements and materials, ensuring quality and consistency.Stay current on tools and trends in motion design, editing, AI-assisted workflows, and platform best practices; recommend improvements to the team.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience working as a Senior Graphic Designer, UI Designer, Storyboard Creator, or a similar role.Excellent experience working with various design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and others.Well-versed in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Audacity, etc.Portfolio with design and video editing projects.Aesthetic skills with a keen eye for visual details.Knowledge in AI design/video editing applications is a plus.PC RequirementsAs this position is 100% remote, you will be required to provide your own PC/laptop.
