Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities:Review onboarding cases and work with Sales Planner to correct issues or missing informationCreate and update Salesforce dashboards to track individual and team productionCreate and update daily/weekly/monthly production and metrics reporting for leadership and team distributionPerform quality control for New Client Inflows (NCI) reporting and other key metrics reportingPrepare quarterly payment reports for leadership approvalAssist with scheduled meeting planner reassignments due to misrouted sets, double bookings, PTO, STO, etc.Assist with rescheduling and placing calls to clients when Sales Planners are running long in another client meetingMonitor inbox for urgent client emails when Sales Planners are out of the officeTriage permission and tech issues with Box, Record Center, DocuSign, FPT, prospect/client portal etc.Support the firm’s initiatives, assist with any company-wide projects and activities, and attend functions as neededParticipation in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts as neededRequirements:2+ years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferredBachelor’s degree preferredExperience with or comfortable efficiently learning Salesforce and other software applications that are both proprietary and non-proprietaryExcellent communication skillsCritical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills requiredAble to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected eventsPosition requires a high level of confidentialityBenefits:Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $64,200 - $70,300. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
