Position Overview: As Podcast Producer & Post-Production Lead, you will own the end-to-end post-recording workflow, ensuring every episode is delivered with broadcast-ready audio within a strict 48-hour window. You are the “Product Manager” for our audio content, handling technical cleaning, guest logistics, and social media clipping. Key Responsibilities: Full Audio Production: Own the cleaning, leveling, and editing of all recordings, including theme song and ad placements. Recording Operations: Manage the remote recording environment (Riverside preferred) to ensure high-fidelity exports. Guest Coordination: Act as the professional point of contact for guests, ensuring a frictionless experience from scheduling to follow-up. Social Content Creation: Produce 3–5 high-engagement short-form video clips per episode optimized for social platforms. Process Execution: Execute and improve existing production workflows to maintain 100% on-time delivery. Qualifications: Technical Mastery: Advanced podcast post-production skills and audio engineering proficiency. Platform Agility: Expert-level experience with Riverside is preferred; however, proficiency in similar remote recording suites is acceptable if you can demonstrate rapid adaptation. Outcome Oriented: Proven ability to deliver fast under pressure and meet 48-hour turnarounds. Ownership Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who works best independently with minimal oversight. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Background in research and guest prep. Familiarity with podcast growth and distribution.
