Responsibilities & more

• Collaborate with a very experienced People Science team and rockstar peers in Customer Success, Sales and Marketing • Responsible for delighting innovative organizations who are using Glint’s real-time People Success platform and other LinkedIn talent products • Consult with customers, collaboratively co-creating a People Success strategy. Help them connect programs, insights and strategic recommendations across their talent initiatives (e.g. workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, retention) • Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior HR executives at customer organizations • Help customers design business-relevant and easy-to-use ongoing employee feedback programs • Write and present findings internally and to customers, prospects, and the Glint community • Coach HR partners, leaders, and managers on how best to understand and use feedback, including facilitating executive working sessions • Work on internal projects to help shape the future of the People Science practice and Glint • Provide consulting support for a large portfolio of customers in the United States • Travel up to 50% (travel is a requirement of the role, although non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice due to COVID-19)
