Requirements and responsibilities


Your weeks will start by outlining a detailed candidate recruiting plan to share with all Kasa hiring managers. Throughout the week, you will split your time between: • Sourcing top talent through creative methods and sources (social and professional networks, start-up and entrepreneurial communities, etc.) • Scheduling and conducting interviews while providing white glove hospitality-infused candidate experience • Hosting meetings with hiring managers that require hard-to-fill roles to determine blockers and new ways to engage top talent • Participating in People Operations meetings and work sessions to help drive the business forward • For the first few months, your focus will be on building our Technology team and sourcing specialty roles for a few other departments across Kasa. • Throughout the month, you will stay informed about activity in various hiring markets (technology, hospitality, real-estate, startups) in the U.S. (as well as where applicable, globally) and use the data to help make hiring decisions. Once each quarter, you will host a meeting to train hiring managers on recruiting best practices and share actionable insights derived from your OKR metrics that impact our talent programs and processes. • During your journey with us, you will iterate on current talent acquisition processes and procedures and establish new processes that are scalable, compliant, and easy-to-follow by hiring managers. In the next 12-18 months, the next growth milestone for this role is to become the Talent Acquisitions Manager who will scale out the recruiting team, provide purpose and direction through a clear and inspirational vision, and empower your team to become even better at bringing great people into Kasa.
