Job DescriptionThe Expert Implementation Consultant leads complex, cross-functional software implementations with a high degree of independence, connecting the full patient care cycle — front-office, clinical, coding, and billing — to financial performance. This role plans and executes multi-department onboarding for enterprise and multi-site clients, mentors other Implementation Consultants, and serves as a trusted advisor to client leadership, escalating only genuine scope or design questions upstream.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation for enterprise or multi-site clients, spanning registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting workstreamsAssess client operational and clinical maturity to identify where upstream gaps create downstream revenue riskDefine and manage cross-workstream implementation plans, coordinating project management, technical, and sales teamsFacilitate client leadership meetings and executive steering sessions, translating operational and technical concepts for non-technical audiencesIdentify and resolve delivery risk proactively, escalating scope or design questions to a solutions architect when requirements are not yet definedMentor and train other Implementation Consultants on complex delivery patterns and client engagementOwn client training strategy and lead refinement of onboarding materials across the implementation teamManage cross-workstream readiness and post-go-live transition to ongoing operationsSupport pre-sales scoping input on complex or multi-product opportunities when requestedEducation: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experienceExperience: 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experienceUp to 80% travel may be requiredEnhancing Lives and Building CareersVeradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work and to further their professional development.
