Happy Money is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics to join our Risk/Credit team. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic analytics partner across the organization, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across Credit, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance. You'll work with large datasets in a modern cloud-based environment, building dashboards, developing analytical models, and uncovering trends that help us deliver on our mission of helping people achieve financial wellness through responsible personal lending.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and automate analytical workflows using Python and/or R, with code managed through GitHubDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide visibility into key business metrics across Credit, Operations, Marketing, and FinancePartner with Data Engineering to build and refine data work flows in Databricks that support reporting and analytics needsConduct ad hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions, presenting findings with clear recommendations to leadershipMonitor data quality and proactively identify anomalies or issues in key metricsDevelop and document analytical methodologies, continuously evaluating opportunities to optimize processes and introduce improved approaches that enhance efficiency and scalabilityABOUT YOUYou are an analytical professional who excels at transforming complex data into meaningful business insights.
