• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Product leaders in EMEA and APAC to understand, define, and build talent profiles • Create and execute on ways to identify and hire top talent • Leverage data to provide strategic insights into the health of the hiring pipeline and provide coaching and training as needed • Contribute to the growth of Degreed’s recruiting by developing and refining processes • Review and analyze resumes using our ATS software (Lever) • Strategically source candidates using in-house software and external sourcing tools • Interview potential hires using industry-standard techniques • Serve as an employee advocate for new hires, as well as established employees • Work cross-functionally with multiple lines of business • Other duties as assigned
