Retail Manager at Confidential - Retail Industry

At Blue Box Talent, we are seeking a Retail Manager for a fast-growing Mexican luxury jewelry brand to oversee and elevate the performance of our store network across Mexico. This role requires a balanced profile: someone who can be hands-on in driving daily operations and team performance, while also bringing strategic thinking to sales, customer experience, and expansion planning. Experience in luxury or premium retail is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily operations across all stores, ensuring compliance with sales, service, and brand standards. * Build and coach high-performing retail teams. * Analyze KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and exceed sales targets. * Ensure top-tier visual merchandising and luxury brand execution. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams for smooth rollouts and inventory optimization. * Support expansion plans and represent the brand with key partners and airport stakeholders. Key Requirements: * Over 5 years of experience in multi-store retail management (preferably in fashion, jewelry, luxury, or premium brands). * Strong operational and team leadership skills. * Commercial mindset and experience in retail expansion. * Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Willingness to travel frequently across Mexico.
