Overview: We’re a fast-moving, systems-driven agency that builds high-converting CRM automations and dashboards using GoHighLevel. Our clients rely on us to turn chaos into clarity — and we’re looking for a sharp, structured operator who can own client communication and project delivery, so the founder can focus on growth. If you’re someone who understands both systems and people — this is your role. 🔧 What You’ll own: - Manage client projects from onboarding to completion inside ClickUp. - Be the main point of contact for clients — communicate timelines, updates, and expectations. - Translate client goals into clearly scoped tasks for fulfillment. - QA workflows, troubleshoot GHL issues, and coordinate with builders. - Document client requests and update SOPs. - Proactively follow up with clients and unblock stalled projects. - Handle GHL basics like: - Workflow logic. - Calendar & pipeline setup. - Tagging, triggers, and CRM structure. ✅ You’ll be a fit if you: - Have 1–2+ years experience with GoHighLevel (or another CRM/marketing automation platform). - Have managed projects or client builds before. - Are confident on Zoom calls with clients. - Can follow a checklist and spot broken logic. - Enjoy keeping things organized and clients informed. - Speak excellent English and can overlap with EST hours (at least 4+ hours/day). - Live in Latin America, Eastern Europe, or similar time zone (preferred). 📦 Details: Type: Long-term, part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week), with potential to grow to full-time. Compensation: On-target earnings ~$1,500/month (paid per build, task points, and call time). Tools: GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, Loom, Google Docs.
