After 3 months the salary will increase to $700 USD/month In this position, you will help ensure clients are successful in their goal to grow their online business. As Fonda's primary point of contact, you will work strategically and tactically with them to meet short-term milestones and long-term objectives. You will be at the core of our day-to-day operations, collaborating with our services team and advocating for the client's needs. You will leverage your account management, project management, and resource planning skills. As a customer relationship manager, you will embody the following: - Collaborate with the internal support, finance, and IT teams to determine the best solutions for the client's needs. - Have the ability to manage the challenges of balancing multiple customer accounts and their challenges and objectives while providing excellent proactive customer service in a growing and changing environment. - Understand the client's processes and guide them toward a project plan to grow their business. - Carrying out marketing campaigns in DD GH UB to achieve the client's objectives. - Monitor the performance of the marketing campaigns. - Conduct a weekly call with the client to inform them of the performance of the orders in each of the Apps and create strategies to increase them.
