They are the public face of Bluesight to the customers and are responsible for forming relationships with clinicians and end-users of Bluesight’s products. This position is a key member of the customer-facing Support team and is responsible for de-escalating and resolving customer issues and coordinating projects that improve the customer experience.The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, loves to interact people, and can operate in an environment that is often ambiguous and requires creativity to resolve issues.Representative Duties and Responsibilities:Act as a main point of contact for customers to resolve issues that have escalated beyond basic support tickets and could require longer-term efforts and the coordination of technical resources both internally and externallyServe as the project manager for internal projects that will support our future business goals and involve multiple stakeholdersSet clear and realistic expectations with clients and ensure follow-throughProvide updates to management and the executive team on key project milestones and resultsProduce technical procedures and documentation for new and existing applicationsAssist with defining enhancements to our products and provide customer feedback to the Product teamRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience4+ years of professional work experience, providing direct customer support2-4 years of project management and/or client-facing experience, preferredExperience in the healthcare industry, preferredAbility to adapt to change, think quickly, and work independentlyTeam-player attitude and a willingness to get things doneHigh attention to detailAbility to build trusting, communicative and results-oriented relationships with customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsAdvanced experience using Excel functions on large data sets, including pivot tablesPrevious experience with EMRs e.g. EPIC/Cerner/Omnicell/Pyxis software a plusWillingness to travel up to 10%Salary Range$80,000 - $90,000 a yearThe standard base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 when annualized. In addition to base salary, this position is also eligible for an amazing benefits package.
