About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned SAP Project Manager with deep experience in the Source to Pay (S2P) workstream. This role supports a major global SAP S/4HANA rollout, where precision, accountability, and strong cross-team coordination are essential. If you have the grit to run large-scale ERP programs and the finesse to drive procurement and AP-focused process transformations, this role fits perfectly. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Governance * Build and maintain an integrated project plan covering all S2P-related activities, cross-functional dependencies, and third-party solution touchpoints. * Oversee delivery timelines and governance processes across enabling workstreams. * Ensure alignment between business requirements, IT teams, and global implementation goals. Testing & Quality Management * Lead SIT, UAT, and validation cycles for S2P functionalities. * Ensure quality processes, documentation, and compliance requirements are met. Risk, Issue & Decision Management * Own the RAID logs, track risks, document actions, and escalate issues through defined governance forums. * Partner with leadership for faster decision-making and resolution. Financial & Resource Oversight * Manage project budgets, forecast resource needs, and monitor utilization. * Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to maintain delivery health. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration * Communicate clearly with business users, architects, functional leads, and global program teams. * Support workshops, reviews, and cross-functional discussions to keep the program aligned and moving. Qualifications & Experience Must Have * 10+ years of project management experience in SAP S/4HANA or major ERP implementations. * Solid understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) processes: * Purchasing * Procurement * Accounts Payable * Vendor management * Strong command of PM methodologies, structured governance, and project tracking. * Experience managing testing phases, scope, timelines, and delivery dependencies. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate in a global, distributed environment.
