Requirements and responsibilities

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:Lead day-to-day program management for new in-person experiences, from planning through launch and operations.Develop operating models, playbooks, and SOPs for staffing, training, and client engagement.Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Finance, CX) to align and execute.Manage vendor and partner relationships, including F&B, tech, and service providers.Oversee reporting, and KPI measurement tied to acquisition, engagement, and ROI.Coordinate on-site activations, community programming, and experiential events.Oversee event programming for both retail spaces and experiential pop-ups, ensuring experiences reflect brand values and drive measurable impact.Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing retail operations once spaces are live.
