is preferred, but relevant experience will be consideredMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi equipment and ecosystem (required)Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level wired and wireless networksStrong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)Experience with network security implementation including firewalls, VPNs, and access controlsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficientlyExperience managing ISP relationships and coordinating connectivity solutionsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersProject management
