We are currently seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to join our HR team, support and manage the global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other related tools. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. Responsibilities: - Responsible for all global data entry in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications; maintain and update employee data to include, new hires (i.e., employee and contractor onboarding and auxiliary support as needed for offboarding), status changes, and employee information changes (e.g., transfers, managerial changes, wage adjustments, benefit changes, re-orgs, imports, etc.). - Confirm and maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and query generation and coordinates data cleanup on Enverus' intranet, as necessary. - Process employee compensation changes, partnering with Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and managers as needed (e.g., merit increases, promotions, variable compensation, etc.). - Ownership of critical onboarding documents for new employees, to include acknowledgment of Handbook, Code of Business Conduct, and Arbitration Agreement(s) (U.S. and CAN only). - Maintain employee files and HR filing system (HR Share); support compliance efforts to ensure all files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures. - Assist with the creation and maintenance of all jobs in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS); including Job code, job subgroup, job group and job family set-up. - Own and drive special cross-functional HR projects and fill in as needed by the Manager, Total Rewards. - Ownership of People Assist, the HR ticketing system; provide HR systems and process support and training for employees, managers, and leaders. - Assist in the setup and monitoring of benefits, compensation, and HR file feeds to vendors and/or internal teams - HRIS reporting for HR Business Partners and executive leadership requests - HRIS configuration for core, HR service delivery, benefits, and compensation - Day to day point of contact with UKG and managing the implementation and communication of spring/fall releases - Lead/assist with the year-end UKG system activities - Lead/assist the 1095C process - Compliance – HR & governmental to include leading, reporting, POC, SME and maintaining critical documents, etc. - Process organizational changes - Audits, password resets and SSO - Other duties as assigned.
