Primavera Talent is proud to partner with Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness to find an exceptional Virtual Patient Care Coordinator to join their dynamic and mission-oriented team. This is a full-time and fully remote position for an English-speaking professional based in Colombia. At Forever Fit, patients are treated like family, and we are looking for someone who shares that same level of care and dedication. You will play a key role in ensuring that patients feel supported at every stage of their physical therapy process, while building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to the continued success of the clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the schedule of one of our clinics, taking full responsibility for patient appointment management and ensuring smooth daily operations. We are looking for an efficient, motivated, and proactive person who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Location: Remote (based in Colombia) * Compensation: $3,100,000 - $3,600,000 COP/month (depending on experience and qualifications) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET Responsibilities: * Answer calls, text messages, and video calls from patients with professionalism and friendliness * Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups accurately * Manage the clinic’s calendar, optimizing schedules and ensuring proper patient care * Check patients in and out for virtual appointments * Ensure that all intake forms and documentation are complete * Collect payments and clearly explain treatment plans * Help new patients understand the value of physical therapy and feel confident about their first visit Requirements: * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector or in patient care roles * University degree * Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum C1 level) * Quiet, well-lit workspace and stable internet access (minimum 100 Mbps) * Confidence in using technology and willingness to learn new systems * Clear communication skills, organization, and a positive attitude * Proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Background in physical therapy (desirable, not mandatory) We Offer: * Continuous training in U.S. healthcare standards, platforms, and HIPAA privacy regulations * Professional growth with the possibility of taking on a supervisory role * Collaborative and supportive culture with a committed team * Clear structure and long-term model that provides stability, transparency, and the necessary tools for success * Ongoing support from the Primavera Talent team during your time at Forever Fit Primavera Talent is committed to fair and transparent hiring practices.
