Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.Lyra is looking for a Provider Technology Manager within our international operations team, to lead the continuous improvement of Lyra’s technology platform around the world, in accordance with local user requirements and global service standards.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leadership—setting vision and fostering collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams—while excelling in project management and execution.Ideally the successful candidate can work occasionally from our London office, but this is not essential.Key Responsibilities:Define the longer-term provider success objectives to be addressed by Lyra’s provider technology suiteLead the business case assessment on priorities with the greatest positive impact to Lyra’s members, balancing operational needs with engineering requirements, to ultimately inform Lyra’s international technology roadmap in partnership with the Technology teamProject-manage the operational implementation of new features, from inception to final deliveryEnsure that technologies already scoped are also implemented correctly around the world, identifying, troubleshooting and resolving any concernsEstablish effective and efficient collaboration processes with cross functional partners from product, engineering and provider operations to sustain uninterrupted alignmentFoster innovation by remaining sensitive to external and internal inputs on how existing technologies can be improved, or new technologies implementedShape the scope and responsibilities of direct reports, and hire great talent, to maximize departmental effectivenessOverall, maintain and enhance the positive experience that providers have with the Lyra technology suite around the worldGather requirements for new features and systems from operational teams, working in partnership with the international technology teamsRequirementsComfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing prioritiesSelf-starter capable of operating with minimal directionFamiliarity with software development processes including agile methodologies and user centred design principles is desirable but not essentialExperience10+ years of work experience with a background in technology implementation within the health care space (exposure to working with providers directly is a plus)Track record of team leadership, growth and efficient operationsStrong management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional technical teamsAbout YouOrganised, ability to plan and prioritises workload effectively.Passion for expanding access to quality mental health careContinuous improvement mind-set – looking at opportunities to innovate & improve.Honest, loyal, and full of integrity.
