• Create and follow-up support requests with third-party vendors.
• Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Collaborate with 3rd level support, significant issues.
• Assist in user/hardware movement and relocations.
• Software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Perform quality work on all service requests/incidents.
• Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues, and problems assigned from the Desktop Support or other towers.
• Assist for tracking hardware and software inventory.
• Provides support and assistance to other areas administrators as needed.
• Use tools and methodologies to load, copy and customize operating system configurations for deployment.
• Provide user data and application recovery.
• Arranges for and/or prepares equipment for shipping/receiving.
• Works with other IT team members regarding new branch builds and upgrades.
• Able to perform health checks on the environment.
• Create, update and correct documentation.
• Create, update and correct diagrams.
• Create, update and correct inventories.
• Willing to teach junior and beginner members of the team.
