What you’ll be doing: - Strategic growth & performance optimization – Design and implement scalable, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging AI and automation where impactful. Own the funnel experience from Ads and Email—planning, integrating, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable results. - Paid advertising & performance marketing – Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns while making creative and landing page recommendations to improve performance. - Email marketing & automation – Build and optimize B2B email campaigns, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies to drive engagement and conversions. - Data-driven optimization & reporting – Analyze key performance metrics, run A/B tests, and leverage AI-powered automation to optimize campaigns. Clearly communicate insights through Loom videos, client meetings, and concise bi-weekly reports, using dashboards to provide actionable recommendations. - Collaboration & strategy – Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, and sales teams to align campaigns and maximize marketing impact. This job is for you if you: - 💡 Are obsessed with data and performance marketing. - 🎯 Have 3+ years of experience in advertising & email marketing. - 📈 Know Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads inside and out. - 📧 Are a pro at email and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo). - 📊 Can break down complex metrics into actionable strategies. - 💻 Have experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversions setup in advertising platforms. - 🗣️ Have strong communication skills that support client-facing reporting and cross-collaboration with other team members. - 🧠 Stay curious, adaptable, and AI-savvy. Bonus points if you: - 🚀 Have experience with SEO, content marketing, or CRM management. - 🌍 Speak Spanish (not a deal-breaker, but cool). - 🏢 Have worked in an agency environment. - 📊 Experience in Google Data Studio.
