Location: Remote — preference for candidates who can overlap 4–6 hours with Singapore time. Who we’re looking for: * Experience in outreach, lead generation, or prospecting using tools like Apollo.io, instantly.ai, or similar to scale efforts. * Ability to find and qualify leads, including YouTubers, TikTokers, bloggers, and micro-influencers, understanding who is worth reaching out to. * Highly organized and independent, capable of maintaining clear records of outreach performance, automation results, and responses without relying on large budgets. Who this role is not for: * Candidates unable to generate results without an ad budget. * Individuals who avoid cold outreach or dislike writing personalized messages that generate replies. * Professionals who require rigid systems and large budgets instead of using scrappy, test-driven creativity. What you'll do: * Identify and qualify leads on YouTube, TikTok, blogs, and other platforms using tools like Apollo.io. * Write and send cold emails that achieve responses, incorporating humor or personality when appropriate. * Use and manage lightweight outreach tools to scale outreach while maintaining a human approach. * Maintain organized records of lead lists, email copy variations, responses, and follow-ups to optimize performance. * Negotiate creative partnerships without a budget, emphasizing compelling value.
