Responsibilities

Podcast Operations & Scheduling. * Coordinate recording sessions with hosts, guests, and our production team. * Manage guest communications (outreach, scheduling, follow-ups). * Keep our content calendar organized and running smoothly. Content & Marketing. * Write engaging show notes, titles, and descriptions optimized for SEO. * Manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). * Create short clips, audiograms, and graphics with the design/editorial team. * Draft and send weekly email newsletters to highlight new episodes. * Monitor audience analytics and suggest ways to boost growth. Sponsorship & Growth. * Research and identify potential sponsors aligned with fitness, health, and wellness. * Support outreach to prospective partners. * Keep track of sponsorship leads and opportunities. Website & Community. * Update the podcast website with new episodes, guest bios, and content. * Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and outreach. * Research collaboration and PR opportunities to expand our reach.
