+ Annual bonus linked to individual performance and financial results. Its scope is from 2 (two) to 4.5 (four point five) months of salary, where the objective reached 100% means 3 (three) months of salary. In addition to the above, Sintec recognizes outstanding performance with a bonus of 1 (one) month of additional salary.
