We serve hundreds of brands and are growing 50% month-over-month - all within our first 6 months of operation. We're a small, high-performing team building the category-defining platform for e-commerce customer intelligence, backed by a world-class investor base.What You'll Do:Own the full demand gen engine for the Shopify ecosystem: paid, organic, affiliates, partnerships, cold outbound10X+ our customer count (we have hundreds of customers but will have thousands in 12 months or less thanks to you!)Deploy a $1M+ annual marketing budget across channels that actually convertRun paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Meta; know when to scale and when to cutBuild and manage our affiliate program and content engine (agencies, consultants, tech partners)Oversee our outbound and cold email strategyWork directly with Founders on channel strategy, messaging, and market positioningHire and scale the marketing team as we hit milestonesWho You Are:4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, demand gen, or performance marketingYou've scaled a company before - ideally in e-commerce tools, Shopify ecosystem, or martechStrong on paid acquisition fundamentals (Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, lookalikes)Experience building affiliate or partnership programs from scratchComfortable with cold outbound - you know the difference between spray-and-pray and precision targetingFluent in HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline management and automationYou think in CAC, LTV, payback period, and channel contributionBonus if you've worked with Klaviyo, Shopify apps, or retention marketing toolsMost importantly: you want ownership.
