You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) deliver timely, thorough, and cost-effective claim resolutions, while maintaining Ledgebrook’s commitment to excellence and integrity.As part of our Claim team, you’ll collaborate with leadership, underwriting, actuarial, and technology teams to refine our state-of-the-art claim management platform and reporting capabilities. This role offers an opportunity to help define best practices across multiple casualty market segments - including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and habitational risks.
