You will lead a distributed sales organization while developing scalable approaches to prospecting, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and long-term account growth.Partnering closely with Marketing and Leadership, you'll transform ideas into repeatable growth initiatives and build the frameworks needed to scale revenue across regions, teams, and customer segments.What you'll doLead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and their distributed teams across multiple locations and time zonesDefine and execute the commercial strategy across multiple brands, driving both customer expansion and new customer acquisitionIdentify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, partnerships, and revenue channelsDevelop and test scalable go-to-market motions, prospecting strategies, and sales initiatives that drive sustainable growthPartner closely with Marketing to align demand generation, content, campaigns, lead nurturing, and pipeline development effortsBuild and optimize sales processes, playbooks, documentation, scripts, and enablement programs that improve consistency and scalabilityEstablish KPIs, forecasting processes, and performance metrics to drive accountability and informed decision-makingCollaborate with Customer Success and Account Management teams to maximize customer lifetime value and product adoptionDelegate ownership and execution responsibilities to Team Leads while maintaining visibility into performance, priorities, and outcomesDrive alignment across teams through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and follow-up on key initiativesAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to continuously refine strategy and executionServe as a hands-on leader who can contribute to strategic initiatives while empowering teams to execute independentlySupport other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needsAbout you8+ years of sales experience, including leadership responsibilities within technology, SaaS, hosting, cloud, digital services, or related industriesProven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that generate net-new business while growing revenue within existing customer accountsExperience leading distributed sales teams across multiple geographies and time zonesStrong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, pipeline development, lead generation, customer acquisition, and account growth strategiesExperience identifying and developing new market opportunities, customer segments, partner channels, or go-to-market motionsDemonstrated ability to build scalable sales processes, playbooks, frameworks, and performance management systemsExperience partnering closely with Marketing on demand generation, content strategy, lead nurturing, campaign execution, and revenue growth initiativesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and execute effectivelyComfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on executionExperience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions, improve performance, and forecast resultsExcellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly driven, with a passion for building and scaling successful sales organizationsExperience in the web hosting, cloud services, digital infrastructure, or related technology sectors is strongly preferredWhat we offer:Work from anywhere - this is a remote opportunityA competitive salary that values you and your unique skill setsCareer advancement & professional development opportunities to help you reach your full potentialFlexible work arrangements to support work/life balanceAbout us:At HostPapa, we’ve been committed to providing a complete array of enterprise-grade cloud services solutions to every business owner since 2006.
