Currently working with international clients, we are looking for Senior Mechanical Engineers with strong experience in battery systems, electromechanical product design, and manufacturing support. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on development, CAD excellence, supplier collaboration, and solving complex mechanical challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical design for battery cell integration, enclosures, and electro‑mechanical assemblies.Create 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, and BOMs for tooling release.Perform tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, and design robustness activities.Update designs for automated assembly, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing transfer.Support prototyping, on-site builds, suppliers, and international manufacturing partners.RequirementsMust‑Have QualificationsEngineering degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace.6+ years of product design experience.Experience with batteries, energy storage, EV, or PCBA packaging.Strong CAD skills: Onshape, NX, SolidWorks.PFMEA, PPAP, DFM experienceAdvanced English + valid travel visa.Nice‑to‑Have SkillsThermal management knowledge Prototyping & FEA exposurePLM (Teamcenter/Windchill/Agile)Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management. Leadership in technical decision-making. Ability to collaborate across suppliers, validation, manufacturing and purchasing.
