This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sustainability expertise, and technical platform execution.The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in helping commercial real estate owners and asset managers understand how Measurabl’s platform drives regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and portfolio-level performance improvement.This is not a traditional demo role. It is a consultative, revenue-driving position that translates complex sustainability and building performance challenges into measurable business outcomes.What You’ll DoPre-Sales Partnership & Deal AccelerationPartner with Account Executives in the US and EMEA on complex enterprise opportunitiesLead discovery sessions with sustainability, asset management, finance, and IT stakeholdersTranslate global sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure, local building performance standards) into platform-based solutionsDeliver tailored, value-oriented product demonstrationsBuild solution architectures and implementation roadmapsLead and contribute to high-quality RFP and security questionnaire responsesAddress data integration, API, and technical architecture questionsProactively remove technical objections to accelerate sales cyclesValue Engineering & Business ImpactQuantify operational savings, risk mitigation, and compliance efficienciesSupport ROI modeling and executive-level business casesArticulate how Measurabl improves NOI, reduces OPEX, and strengthens sustainability reporting and capital market positioningAssist in expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfoliosProduct & Market Feedback LoopServe as the voice of the customer to Product and EngineeringIdentify recurring integration or workflow friction pointsSupport roadmap prioritization with market-backed insightStay current on sustainability regulations and decarbonization trends impacting commercial real estateEducation & Experience:We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl.
