Requirements and responsibilities

Bilingual Executive Assistant to U.S. CEO — Remote LatAm — Long-Term, Growth to Full-Time I'm the CEO of a growing landscaping company in St. Louis, Missouri (USA) with 55 team members. I'm hiring a dedicated executive assistant for me personally — my email, my calendar, my projects. Our company currently has 6 other virtual staff. I am looking for an executive assistant to help manage all the details and help me operate in my strengths. The honest picture: I'm a fast-moving founder who starts a lot and needs a world-class finisher beside me. My ideas and initiatives seem to be unending and I need help staying organized. I want someone who takes my inbox from chaos to zero, tracks every promise I make so nothing goes silent, defends my calendar, and takes whole projects off my plate — travel planning, research, vendor selection, document wrangling. If you're the person whose lists are always current and who quietly makes everything around you run on time, we will get along extremely well. What you'll own • My inbox: triage everything, answer routine mail in my voice, draft the sensitive ones for my approval, and track every message that's waiting on someone else. • My calendar: schedule, batch, decline, and protect my focused-work blocks like a bodyguard. • A daily 20-minute huddle with me: review questions from yesterday, what needs my decision today, and what’s the priority today. • Projects end-to-end: family trips, equipment research, random research on new ideas I am considering for the company, coordinating with my attorney, scheduling repair people for my home, scheduling dog sitters and on and on. All the stuff. • Correspondence in both English and Spanish — you'll use both weekly. I am learning Spanish and I am a beginner. Most of our staff speak Spanish. Who you probably are • Based in Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or nearby) with strong overlap to U.S. Central Time. • Truly bilingual: your written English and written Spanish are both professional-grade. • 2+ years supporting an executive, founder, or small-business owner directly (agency or in-house). • Naturally systematic: you build trackers and checklists without being asked. • Absolutely discreet — you'll see financial and legal information and sign a confidentiality agreement. • Proactive to the point of being slightly bossy about my calendar. I want that. Logistics & pay • Start at ~20 hours/week; my intention is to grow this to full-time within 3–6 months for the right person.
