This is a full-time leadership role requiring a strong background in agency recruitment, team management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is process-driven, people-focused, and confident managing recruiting workflows, ATS platforms, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance guidanceOversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring process consistency, quality, and efficiencyManage and optimize ATS usage, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reportingDrive operational improvements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflowsServe as a point of escalation for team challenges, client needs, and process gapsMonitor team metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions where neededSupport client account management activities, ensuring a high standard of service deliveryCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment operations with broader business goalsRequired Qualifications:Staffing agency background is non-negotiable — candidates without this experience will not be consideredProven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing a team of recruiters or recruitment coordinatorsHands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacksStrong written and spoken English with a professional, clear communication styleAbility to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations while maintaining quality and accuracyMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
