Introduction:
Job Title: Senior DTC Growth Manager / Head of Growth (Hands-On Operator).
Work Hours/Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), EST time zone overlap required.
Location: Remote, Latin America (LATAM).

We are scaling aggressively in one of the fastest-growing sectors in consumer health, with a goal of 4x revenue this year, and this role is critical to making that happen. You will directly own performance across acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, and monetization, while building and optimizing funnels for new and existing product lines, including peptides, hormone therapies, and bloodwork services. This is not a "manage and delegate" role. You will personally build, test, iterate, and optimize, while also orchestrating agencies, contractors, and internal team members. We are looking for an experienced growth operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution, someone who has actually rolled up their sleeves to scale a U.S.-based DTC brand, not someone used to commanding a big team to execute for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rate) and drive weekly performance against targets.
- Build, test, and optimize funnels hands-on, including landing pages, quizzes, checkout, and pricing.
- Direct paid media strategy across Meta and Google, managing external agencies and creative performance.
- Oversee lifecycle and retention strategy, including email, SMS, and subscription performance.
- Brief and edit copy and creative direction across ads, lifecycle, and landing pages.
- Manage and grow affiliate and partnership programs.
- Lead go-to-market for new product launches and integrate AI tools into growth workflows.
- Maintain dashboards and translate data into actionable decisions.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on DTC growth experience with direct revenue ownership.
- Proven success scaling U.S.-based DTC brands.
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition, CRO and funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong creative and brand judgment.
- Solid copy instincts (editing, briefing, messaging).
- Advanced use of AI tools and workflows (non-negotiable).
- High ownership, execution speed, and accountability.
- Fluent English communication.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience in telehealth, supplements, or health/wellness industries.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
- Experience launching new products in DTC environments.
- Background working with compliance-heavy industries.
