Through litigation, legal advising, and partnerships, they work to ensure equitable access to decisions about pregnancy, family, and healthcare.What you’ll do:Advise clients on reproductive health law, compliance, and legal risks ⚖️Support healthcare providers + organizations navigating abortion, contraception, and cross-state care lawsConduct legal research, draft memos, guidance docs, and client materialsMonitor legal developments and assess changing regulatory landscapesConduct client intake and assess legal needsSupervise/mentor attorneys, fellows, interns, and law studentsRepresent the org at conferences, working groups, and with allied partnersWho should apply:J.D. + active license to practice law in a US jurisdiction7+ years relevant legal experienceExperience in healthcare law, reproductive rights, civil rights, or compliance advisingStrong legal research, writing, and client relationship skillsCommitment to reproductive health, rights, and justicePreferred: nonprofit/public interest experience + supervision experience
