We are looking for an EDI Specialist to join our Client Success Team and play a key role in supporting clients throughout implementation and beyond.What You’ll Do:Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver an exceptional experienceSupport new client engagement and provide pre/post-implementation supportImplement clients on SaaS-based solutions and manage ongoing accountsBuild strong relationships with clients and partnersTroubleshoot issues and apply strong problem-solving and data management skillsProactively address challenges and identify opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong follow-up and attention to detailComfortable learning and adopting new technologiesSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownershipAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience1–3 years of experience in HCM or SaaS/web-based applications3 years of Account Management experience preferredExperience with EDI and 834 files is preferred, but not requiredPay Rate: $25/hr.Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST | 1-hour lunchHours: 40 hours/week | No OT | No weekendsDuration: 5+ Month Contract📩 Interested?
