This Client is seeking commissioning engineer with a mechanical background that has experience within datacenters markets and able to help carry out project assignments.Experience working within the following vertical markets: Hospitals, Large / Complex Facilities and Mission Critical Facilities (data centers, telecommunications, or disaster recovery sites).Participate in daily commissioning activity meetings which services include:Equipment pre-start-up procedures; Development of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Methods of Procedures (MOPs); Comprehensive Commissioning documentation;Prepare commissioning test procedures and reportsDevelop and maintaipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projectsWrite comprehensive reports which include the following sections: recommendations for optimizing building operations, functional checklists, list of deficiencies, equipment operation and maintenance manualsReview design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioningDevelop and administer functional tests for various systems, such as mechanical central chilled water plants, packaged rooftop units, boilers, chillers, computer room air conditioning units, fire protection systems, etc.Integrated system testing; Building management system testing; Compilation of all testing procedure resultsAdditional Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10 years’ experience in the Electrical Mission Critical FieldBachelor's / Associates Degree as an Mechanical Engineer a plusA/E experience working in complex facilities or mission-critical projects a big plusGood communication skills, Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors, and owners agents as needed; Execute project assignments; Interface with project contractors, vendors, and testing technicians; Interact with all facets of the company: engineering, design, etcExperience with IEEE procedures and protocols a plusPossess basic knowledge of system designCommissioning certification or PEOSHA 10/30 certification a plusPay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.401kStraight time overtimeBonusSalariedEquity opportunitiesAbout ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
