This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Network Engineer with a genuine passion for teaching to help shape the next generation of IT professionals.The successful candidate will deliver live, instructor-led online training sessions, equipping learners with the practical, industry-relevant skills required to succeed in networking and cyber security careers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver live online training across Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE4, and Cyber Security Fundamentals.Design and facilitate hands-on lab sessions based on real-world scenarios and industry use cases.Develop, maintain, and continuously improve course materials, lab exercises, and assessments.Communicate complex networking and security concepts in a clear, accessible, and practical manner.Provide ongoing support to learners, addressing technical queries throughout the course.Deliver interview preparation guidance and broader career mentoring to support learner employability.Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and developments in networking and cyber security.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE2–4 years' hands-on experience in a Network Engineer or Network Security Engineer role.Strong, demonstrable working knowledge of Cisco CCNA and Fortinet NSE4, including: Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, STP, NAT, ACLs, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Network Troubleshooting, Firewall Configuration.Solid understanding of cyber security principles and industry best practices.Practical experience configuring Cisco routers, switches, and Fortinet firewalls.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical content confidently.Proven ability to deliver engaging, learner-focused live online sessions.Prior training, coaching, or mentoring experience is desirable but not essential.PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONSCisco CCNA (Essential)Fortinet NSE4 / FCP Network Security (Desirable)CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (Desirable)
