About:Gifted Savings is a nonprofit focused on financial education for young people. High school seniors get a diversified investment portfolio - stocks, bonds, Bitcoin, CDs - plus financial literacy lessons. At 18 and after completing the program, students take ownership of their portfolio.Role:Ensure Gifted Savings programs run efficiently. Manage systems, data, and coordination across product, communications, and program teams.Key responsibilities:Manage operational systems and workflows for program deliveryMaintain student, school, and program recordsSupport user account management and platform administrationCoordinate program launches, timelines, and implementationMaintain educational resources, lesson content, and teacher materialsSupport surveys, research, and program evaluationsPrepare reports, dashboards, and data exportsRespond to questions from students, teachers, and school partnersManage communications about lessons, deadlines, and platform accessIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiencyWho should apply:Highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedExperience in operations, administration, project coordination, or dataComfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and digital toolsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPassion for education, equity, and expanding opportunities for young peopleNonprofit/education experience is a plus
