Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients. - Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Maximize client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales. - Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey. - Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments. - Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards. Requirements: - Native or fluent Japanese, both written and spoken. - Previous experience in the Forex and CFD industry is mandatory. - Previous experience in a conversion or retention sales role within Forex/CFD. - Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications. - Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. - Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms. - Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products.
