definition through optimizationDefine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Target Customer Profiles (TCPs)Segment offerings by customer size, vertical, and business unitEnsure alignment between what is marketed, sold, delivered, and supportedService Catalog & DocumentationMaintain a normalized product and service catalogOwn all supporting documentation, including internal and client-facing materialsEstablish governance for documentation standards, templates, and approvalsEnsure consistency across all functions (Sales, Delivery, Support, Finance, Marketing)Pricing & Service EconomicsDevelop and maintain cost models, pricing structures, and MSRPContinuously refine unit economics (ticket costs, delivery costs, infrastructure support)Ensure services are scalable, profitable, and standardizedCross-Functional EnablementPartner with Delivery, Security Operations, and Implementation teams to define required roles, skills, and certificationsAlign product needs with training and enablement programsTrain internal teams across Sales, Delivery, and SupportAct as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholdersInnovation & Continuous ImprovementDefine and drive AI-enabled delivery strategies across servicesIdentify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalabilityEstablish guardrails to prevent over-customizationCreate feedback loops across documentation and client-facing materialsExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teamsBachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldStrong English communication
