At Technovix, we are pioneering the "Edge" in industrial automation. We build highly secure, localized edge-computing platforms that bridge legacy machinery, modern IT infrastructure, and cutting-edge AI. Now, we need a highly analytical UI/UX Designer to own the visual layer of our platform.(Spoiler: You won't be designing consumer mobile apps. You’ll be designing enterprise interfaces used by Plant Managers and Reliability Engineers to prevent downtime and optimize energy efficiency in advanced industries.)What You’ll Do:Architect Design Systems: Build and maintain modular Figma design systems for various industrial verticals (CNC machining, cold chain logistics, etc.).Visualize Massive Data: Design clean, low-cognitive-load dashboards for time-series data, threshold alarms, and state-machine graphics.Design Explainable AI (XAI): Create intuitive interfaces for our local "Virtual Engineer" so operators can easily understand AI-generated root-cause analyses.Map User Journeys: Craft distinct experiences tailored to everyone from executives needing high-level overviews to technicians needing asset-level diagnostics.What We’re Looking For:1+ years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio in enterprise SaaS, data dashboards, or B2B platforms.Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).Data fluency: You know exactly when to use a gauge vs. a dual-axis line chart.Technical foundation: Strong grasp of HTML/CSS/JS to understand frontend constraints.Industrial empathy: Ability to design for clarity in high-stress, fast-paced environments.Bonus points if you have: Experience with IoT platforms (Grafana/Ignition), Industrial IoT concepts (Digital Twins, PLCs), or conversational AI interfaces!Technovix Inc.
