In addition, True Zero earned coveted spots on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America in 2022, 2023, and 2025, a testament to our sustained growth driven by our people-first approach and unwavering dedication to excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesConfigure, manage, and maintain Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Panorama.Create and enforce security policies, including NAT, rules, VPN, and URL filtering.Identify and resolve network security, traffic inspection, and connectivity issues.Deploy security solutions (intrusion detection/prevention) to protect data centers.Utilize scripting (Python, bash) and API integration to automate tasks and optimize configurations.Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain compliance documentationOversee secure access service edge (SASE) and cloud integrations, including Prisma Access and Prisma Cloud.Troubleshoot complex traffic flows, SSL/TLS decryption failures, and high-availability failover scenarios during outages.Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting languages like Python, Ansible, or Terraform to manage API-driven security workflowsRequired QualificationsExperience: 3–5+ years of network security experience, specifically with Palo Alto Networks technologies.Certifications: Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) is highly preferred.Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and VRF.Skills: Experience with threat intelligence, WildFire, GlobalProtect, and Azure/AWS security integration.Education: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
