BlueTuskr is a full-service e-commerce growth agency built exclusively for e-commerce brands. We combine paid media, SEO, creative, and analytics to help our clients scale profitably. This isn't a "jack of all trades" environment. We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well. The OpportunityWe're looking for an SEM Specialist who wants to build real depth in paid search. Reporting to the SEM Lead, you'll own the day-to-day execution of campaigns across a portfolio of e-commerce clients — building, optimizing, and reporting on accounts while the SEM Lead sets strategy and direction. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows their way around a search account and wants the reps, mentorship, and ownership to grow into a true channel expert. This role is ideal for someone who's energized by getting into the weeds of an account, sweats the details, and wants to build real expertise under someone who can teach them. What You'll OwnChannel ExecutionBuild, launch, and manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube, following strategy set by the SEM LeadHandle day-to-day account management: bid adjustments, budget pacing, keyword and negative keyword management, ad copy testing, audience managementExecute testing frameworks designed by the SEM Lead and report back on resultsFlag account issues, anomalies, or underperformance early — before they become client problemsPerformance & ReportingPull and maintain performance reporting across your assigned accountsMonitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, spend pacing) daily and escalate anything off-trackSupport the SEM Lead in prepping data and insights ahead of client calls and QBRsKeep account documentation and change logs current and organizedCollaboration & GrowthWork closely with the SEM Lead to understand the "why" behind strategy, not just the "what"Partner with Paid Social, Accounts, and Project Management to stay aligned on client prioritiesBring platform updates, new features, or ideas to the SEM Lead for considerationTake on increasing account ownership as your skills and track record growWho You AreSkills get you in the door. You want to understand why a strategy works, not just execute it.You're honest.
