Responsibilities – Data Annotation Specialist (AI/LLM): - Annotate, label, and categorize text-based data for AI and LLM training. - Classify intents, topics, entities, sentiment, and other content categories. - Review and evaluate AI/LLM-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, quality, and tone. - Compare and rank multiple AI-generated responses based on project guidelines. - Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and guideline violations. - Review and correct existing or machine-generated annotations. - Follow detailed project guidelines, taxonomies, and quality standards. - Handle ambiguous or complex cases according to defined guidelines and escalate when necessary. - Maintain high accuracy and consistency across assigned tasks. - Meet project productivity, quality, and turnaround requirements. - Participate in calibration, training, and quality-review sessions. - Apply QA feedback to continuously improve annotation quality. - Maintain confidentiality and follow data security requirements. - Communicate with project teams regarding unclear guidelines, technical issues, or task-related concerns.
