We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Operations leader with 5+ years of payroll and compliance experience to join our new team. In this pivotal role, you will be leading our implementation and operations team and responsible for successful customer onboardings, payroll accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead the charge in building and managing our payroll operations team, establishing and refining processes and policies, and driving operational efficiency to scale our services effectively. Additionally, you will work with the Product and Sales team to influence our product roadmap and sales strategy.Payroll is broken for agriculture, so we fixed that. Modern Payroll companies don’t want agricultural customers – it’s too expensive for them to want to service, so we built a Payroll product for them. We do both managed service and self service payroll for farms. The product has been met with incredible success and we now work with the largest farms in the country.
