We’re looking for a technically skilled and visionary Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-quality, data streaming products that drive innovation and impact across Yelp.Yelp’s Data Streaming infrastructure is the backbone for essential functions like machine learning, real-time alerting, sales and marketing systems, and experimentation. Handling millions of reviews, ad clicks, tens of thousands of daily photo uploads, we manage a massive scale of user data. As the leader of this team, you will take on the complex task of ensuring data freshness across our entire ecosystem.’ll guide a growing team of SREs and software engineers, own the strategy behind scalable pipelines, and partner closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including engineers and business leaders to ensure consistent and reliable access to meaningful insights.We’re seeking a leader who thrives at the intersection of architecture, mentorship, and impact.
