Responsibilities:
- Build AI agents and intelligent automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Design enterprise AI solutions grounded in real business data and integrated into critical operational workflows.
- Automate IT and business processes.
- Improve productivity.
- Help shape LATRO's Artificial Organizational Intelligence (AOI) strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Employee Experience to solve meaningful business challenges with AI.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, automation, Microsoft platforms, or AI solution development.
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience building AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows, or agentic systems.
- A builder's mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and delivering practical business outcomes.
