Master datamanagement is delivered through Stibo Systems, and the initial focus of this role is the governance of theMDM workflows that run on that platform, bringing them into the larger enterprise data governanceframework. You will establish governance policies, standards, and operating models that ensure data isaccurate, consistent, secure, compliant, and fit for business use.You will work closely with all data stewards to review the current Stibo MDM workflows for key domainssuch as vendor, product, and customer, and update them so they fit within the broader governanceframework. A key early activity is to assess the current state and business processes that ingest masterdata into the client's ERP landscape, which spans multiple ERP systems, and to understand how masterdata flows to and is consumed across them. You will map how data is created, enriched, approved, anddistributed today, identify gaps, control weaknesses, and manual touchpoints, and redesign theseworkflows so they are governed consistently and can be automated. Over time, the role extends beyondMDM workflows to the wider governance of enterprise data. You will partner with business and technicalstakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and decision-rights models, and support trustedreporting and analytics.
