The RoleATP is seeking a Sales Development Manager to improve sales processes and drive enrollment growth in the Airline Career Pilot Program. You will lead initiatives to optimize lead conversion, strengthen sales systems, and elevate team performance across the Admissions, Marketing, and Training Center network. You will analyze data, implement scalable best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ATP continues to deliver an exceptional experience to prospective students while achieving enrollment goals. To establish a strong foundation, you should expect to initially spend about 6 months performing outbound sales.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to increase lead-to-enrollment conversion across all channelsIdentify process bottlenecks and implement systems and tools to streamline the admissions and sales workflowPartner with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and track performance metricsCoach and support Admissions Representatives and Training Center teams to improve prospect engagement, communication, and follow-up effectivenessCreate standardized reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, response times, and program sales performanceConduct regular reviews of lead management, CRM utilization, and call center effectivenessCollaborate with Training Support and Finance teams to ensure seamless transitions from prospective student to enrolled studentLead training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to strengthen sales skills and consistency across locationsProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic growth initiativesDrive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability focused on student success and company growthQualificationsProven experience in sales leadership, business development, or process improvement (education or flight school experience preferred)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insightsExcellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilitiesHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughDemonstrated success implementing systems or processes that improved efficiency or conversion performanceBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredProficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Work LocationThis role is based at ATP Headquarters in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
